Classroom Construction

Health Amplifier is also involved in the construction of classrooms in the local Chini school. Overcrowded classrooms are a real problem in the school, which affect the educational developments of the pupils.

Nutrition Program

Our nutrition program helps to fund school lunches at Chini School. The goal is to feed all the students from the school during lunch time every day. The menu includes beans and maize.

Dental Hygiene Progress - 2018

Our dental school program has been a success. 564 children from Chini School in Kikavu, were screened, and 222 tooth cavities have been treated.

Dental Hygiene Update

We fully implemented out toothbrushing programme in Kikavu primary school this year. Sofia trained all the teachers on the importance of dental hygiene as well as technique in July 2017.

Kikavu School Progress

Throughout the year we have provided each student with a piece of fruit each month, as an incentive for healthy eating. August to December we complimented the fruit programme with the provision of over 20,000 school lunches.
